Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

Welcome to mastermpo – an online entertainment platform operating under a recognised licence. This Terms & Conditions document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and MasterMPO ("Platform", "we", "us").

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mastermpo – whether via web browser or mobile app – you expressly and voluntarily agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the website or click the "Register" button.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and any other language version of this document, the Bahasa Melayu version shall take precedence for users in Malaysia.

Member Eligibility

Platform usage mastermpo is limited to individuals who meet ALL of the following criteria:

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform
• Is an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement
• Not listed on any prohibition or sanctions list issued by any relevant regulatory authority
• Not registering on behalf of another person or as a representative of an ineligible individual
• Has never been banned from the platform mastermpo previously for terms violations

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure your use of the platform mastermpo does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account only on the platform mastermpo. Holding multiple accounts under the same individual – whether in your own name or using another person's identity – is a serious violation that may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the return of remaining balances after deducting any bonuses received.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport
• An active Malaysian mobile number registered in your own name
• A valid email address accessible only by you
• Valid Malaysian bank account or eWallet details for withdrawal purposes

Any changes to account information must be reported to the support team mastermpo promptly. Outdated information may result in delays in withdrawal processing or account verification issues.

Deposits & Payment Methods

Platform mastermpo accepts deposits through approved Malaysia payment methods only. The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. No general maximum deposit limit is set, though specific limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method or account status.

Deposit methods accepted by mastermpo are as follows:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet – instant deposit, no processing fees
• DuitNow – instant interbank transfers, no processing fees
• GrabPay – instant deposits, no processing fees
• Boost – instant deposit, no processing fees
• ShopeePay – instant deposit, no processing fees
• FPX Internet Banking – including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Hong Leong Connect, and over 30 Malaysian banks

MasterMPO does not accept deposits in any currency other than Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency will be automatically declined by our system.

Withdrawal

Winnings legitimately earned on the platform mastermpo may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity verification (KYC) has been successfully completed
• All wagering requirements associated with the bonus have been fully met
• No active investigation into your account for suspicious activity
• The chosen withdrawal method matches your original deposit method

Withdrawal processing times at mastermpo are as follows:

• EWallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay): 15 minutes to 2 hours
• DuitNow: 30 minutes to 2 hours
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 2 to 24 hours (subject to bank processing times)
• Jackpot winnings exceeding RM 100,000: up to 48 hours for verification

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

MasterMPO offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which are set out in full on the relevant promotions page. Accepting a bonus is considered your agreement to those terms.

General principles applicable to all bonuses on the platform mastermpo:

• The first deposit bonus and welcome bonus may each be claimed once per member only
• Each bonus carries a stated validity period – any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn
• Wagering requirements are calculated based on the bonus amount received, not the deposit amount
• MasterMPO reserves the right to void bonuses where there are signs of bonus abuse or fraud

Bonus wagering requirements that are not met within the bonus validity period will result in the bonus balance being automatically forfeited. Your original deposit remains unaffected by this cancellation.

Game Rules

All games available on the platform mastermpo – including slots, live casino, Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, e-sports, progressive jackpots, and poker – are subject to game-specific rules as outlined on each respective game page.

General principles applicable to all games at mastermpo:

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the system. No appeals against valid game results will be entertained
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, mastermpo will restore bets to your account based on system records
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface
• Winnings arising from technical errors or display glitches are subject to investigation and may be voided if confirmed to be a system error

For sports betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, and other international leagues, the official results declared by the relevant sports governing body will be used as the basis for settling bets, not results broadcast by unofficial channels.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure, as well as legal action where criminal offences are involved:

• Use of bots or automated software to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in any way
• Collusion between players in poker or any multiplayer game to exploit other players
• Identity fraud – registering or using the platform under another person's identity
• Money Laundering – using the platform mastermpo as a channel to conceal the origins of illicit funds
• Exploitation of technical errors – deliberately taking advantage of bugs or system errors to obtain illegitimate winnings
• Multi-account abuse to obtain bonuses or promotions beyond the permitted limit
• Threats or harassment towards customer support staff or other members on the platform

Account Closure & Suspension

MasterMPO reserves the right to close or suspend your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms & Conditions
• Identity verification (KYC) failed or submitted documents found to be fraudulent
• Activities showing signs of fraud, money laundering, or abuse
• Voluntary self-closure request by the member
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

You also have the right to closing your own account at any time by contacting the support team mastermpo. Any valid balance in your account will be returned to the original payment method within 5 business days once all conditions have been met.

For accounts closed due to a terms violation, mastermpo reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violate these terms, while the original deposit will be returned once the investigation is concluded.

MasterMPO Liability Limit

Platform mastermpo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption 24 hours a day, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause temporary disruptions.

MasterMPO is not liable for:

• Losses arising from internet disruptions or equipment failure on your end
• Game outcomes that are a natural result of randomness from a certified RNG system
• Losses arising from your disclosure of login credentials to another party
• Delays in payment processing caused by the bank or eWallet provider
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses under any circumstances

Privacy & Data Protection

• Using your data solely for platform operations, identity verification, and fulfilment of legal obligations

• Allowing you to access, update, or request deletion of your data at any time

Intellectual Property

All content on the platform mastermpo – including brand names, logos, interface designs, text, graphics, and software code – are the exclusive property of MasterMPO or our licensors. Use of any such content without written permission from mastermpo is strictly prohibited.

Specifically, you are not permitted to:

• Using the name "MasterMPO", our logo, or brand identity for commercial purposes without authorisation
• Creating websites or applications that imitate or make use of our platform's design elements
• Systematically extracting or harvesting data from our platform without written authorisation

Payment Security & Integrity

MasterMPO is committed to ensuring that all financial transactions on our platform are secure, legitimate, and protected against fraud. As part of this commitment, we implement strict transaction monitoring procedures in line with international industry standards.

You agree that mastermpo reserves the right to:

• Withholding withdrawal processing for up to 5 business days for security review purposes where required
• Requesting additional supporting documents for withdrawals that exceed certain limits

• Reporting suspicious transactions to the relevant Malaysian authorities

Should negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to arbitration under mutually agreed rules, or to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
